Is Pivoter a licensed bank?

Pivoter is a financial technology company, not a bank. All banking services are provided by our partner banks, Members FDIC. Your funds are held in secure, segregated accounts and are insured up to $2M through our partner network.

How does real-time receipt matching work?

Our proprietary Receipt Magic engine uses OCR and AI to extract line-item data from photo uploads. The system then cross-references the merchant, date, and amount against your pending transactions to pair them in approximately 0.4 seconds.

Can I set custom limits for specific team members?

Yes. Every card—physical or virtual—comes with Programmable Logic. You can set daily, monthly, or merchant-specific caps. Any transaction that exceeds these pre-defined parameters is automatically declined at the point of sale.

Which accounting platforms do you support?
